For the past couple of weeks I have felt the need to create another youtube video. When these promptings come, it is difficult for me to focus on anything else until the video is complete. Well it is finally done. I share this with the hope that is might touch another person's life whether you are LDS or not and give them the inspiration and motivation to prepare a little harder for the "great and dreadful day of the Lord". which I feel is closer than we realize. Please share this with anyone that you would benefit from watching it. I would love to hear people's thoughts and feelings after they watch it. We are the chosen generation who needs to prepare for the second Coming of the Savior. We are on a mission to prove whether or not we will persevere in a world ripening in iniquity. We are among the elect whom the Lord has called during this "eleventh hour" to labor in His vineyard, a vineyard that has become corrupted every whit" and which only a few "doeth good". We are those few.. (excerpts for Sheri Dew) People of all faiths, LDS, Protestants, Baptists, good men and women all over the world are preparing to meet Christ. I personally look forward to the day.

Comments to “LDS Church Leaders preparing us for the 2nd Coming of Christ”

  1. Marleena Says:
Seeking an lds bigot to suck me.
  2. Dermod Says:
nice video David thank you for your time
  3. Jabulela Says:
Just curious, should a testimony be of the truthfullness of the church and Joseph being a prophet or should a testimony reveal the Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace? I think the latter always provides a better testimony. Did you notice that Isaiah refers to Jesus as the everlasting Father?
  4. Darah Says:
If we are saved by the free gift of grace alone, how can you measure the amount of repentance? Is there a line that can be drawn in the sand to show where you are, a Bell Curve, a score? Nope! All have sinned and fall short. Revelation tells us that any rewards or crowns from the works that have been done will be laid at the feet of Jesus in gratitude and praise.
  5. Devonna Says:
Stay close to the Lord. Fortify your testimony by sharing it with those around you, even those who are members. This will lift you and support you to the end. Never feel "unworthy" or that your are not doing enough. Satan wants strong church members feel as if they are missing something. Give what you can of yourself. You'll be fine.
  6. Coriann Says:
just a suggestion, but ask you father in heaven, express what you are feeling, and ask him what you can do to feel him more in your like and how you can improve. He will guide you and i know of that will all of my being.
  7. DAMOCLES Says:
We're saved by grace, and judged by works. Our sin leaves us in the negative. When we repent, the grace of Jesus Christ (his sacrifice) brings us back to zero (clean). Our righteous works take us into the positive. The point of or lives is to become "even as he is". So if we want that, we'll try to do the works he did. And the cycle continues as we repent and improve.
  8. Helton Says:
that is correct, they at one time did believe in all those things, the world never got a chance to witness it for Wolves were already entering the flock and the apostacy was upon them.
  9. HAMIDAH Says:
I feel so unworthy, I feel like I am missing something critical.
  10. Lilah Says:
    nice vid
  11. Jacoba Says:
Any faith, sincerely and peacefully held, strengthens all faith.
  12. Norville Says:
    What a great video!
  13. Kentigem Says:
But many of the books were at one time considered canon the were in the codex siniaticus which is the oldest bible ever found. The bottom line is they were at one time in the bible then later removed
  14. Sunniva Says:
even if that were true, those books are available for anyone to read even today. The reason those books were not included is that they contain clear references to anti Christian doctrines or they simply are either legendary or mythical,& have none of the qualities which denote Godly authorship. The bottom line is that had God wanted them to be in the Bible, they would be. Early Christians did not build temples, baptize for the dead, believe in eternal marriage, or teach a works aided salvation
  15. ATHALIA Says:
I don't think there is a lot in the Bible as we know it that is corrupt... If you look at the differences between the King James Version and the Joseph Smith Translation, there really aren't a huge amount of differences that change the meaning of anything presented. Many plain and simple truths simply weren't included in the canon after the Council of Carthage in 397 A.D. The books that were not included are known as the Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha - Books that do contain doctrine that we use.
  16. Mildred Says:
Yes, in as far as it is "translated correctly" but LDS doctrine also clearly teaches that many plain truths are missing, and that over time, the Bible was corrupted, therefore only restored scriptures are absolutely inerrant, etc. The problem with this logic is that in order for God to have allowed mortal man to destroy His eternal message to the world, He would have to be fallible and would not be almighty or sovereign. Therefore, if we can't trust God's word the Bible, we can't trust God.
  17. Istas Says:
This is not true at all. The LDS do not deny the validity of the bible. In fact, one of the thirteen main beliefs that the LDS teach is that the 'We believe the bible to be the word of God'
  18. YORDANA Says:
While I highly doubt that this is a proven fact, there is reference in the LDS scriptures, in a book transcribed by Joseph Smith, Joseph Smith- Matthew (which is described as 'An extract from the translation of the Bible as revealed to Joseph Smith the Prophet in 1831'), where he specifically says, in verse 40: But of that day, and hour, no one aknoweth; no, not the angels of God in heaven, but my Father only. (continued)
  19. Lorimar Says:
While I appreciate the general sentiment involved in this presentation, I feel compelled to point out that Sheri Dew is NOT an 'LDS Church Leader.' Her position is entirely administrative and she has no ecclesiastical standing so far as I am aware. Moreover, it is obvious that she is quoting someone else. I just want to make sure we're not placing authority where none exists.
  20. Fonzell Says:
Hi ahfclass, Yes these are good things to meet your neighbors, donate to charity and have family values. It is not a good thing when you are under a strong theological hand to perform. I cannot count the number of times people have had nervous breakdowns and even suicide because of being overburdened or gay and being Mormon. Control by church leaders could be toned down a bit. It never is. Year after year the works and meetings seem to become greater and longer.
  21. URSA Says:
I have had similar concerns, and doubts, and questions. But even when considering those, I have to admit that I have learned many good things from the church. I also have to admit to myself that I have had many, many experiences that are private but very real and spiritual. I see the effects of trying to live the teachings of the LDS church in my life. The questions don't cease, but I am willing to wait for the answers, because in the meantime, what I DO experience and learn is so good.
  22. ANATOLA Says:
You know a lot about the LDS church. Those things don't finish-or even start-salvation. They teach us about who and what Jesus is, and what He wants us to become, if we do them. Granted, some erroneously believe that it's the acts themselves that save. But doing good with a mistaken belief is still better for individuals and the world than doing no good at all. Caring for your neighbors through hometeaching, strengthening families, sharing through tithing, are good things and bless lives.
  23. Branhard Says:
The speaker said you will meet your God? This is the truth. Jesus is the Almighty God and creator. He was never your spirit brother and the Bible says he is God. It is through Him and only Him that we have salvation. The payment for sin was complete and finished on the cross. It is not through the priesthood, meeting attendance, genealogy, hometeaching, tithing, temple marriage, sealings, baptism or any other works will give you any more "do good marks" on your forehead.
  24. ZAHIR Says:
Ezra Taft Benson was a MORON! Not a mormon. He probably fingered young boys and showed Sheri Dew how to jerk off the boys of their shit-hole church. That'd be the only reason I would ever go to a mormon shit-hole church!
  25. SEORUS Says:
For 180 years, LDS Church Leaders have been "preparing us for the 2nd Coming of Christ." For over 4,000 years each generation has been promised that they are the "chosen generation." Perhaps one generation, before to long (the Internet may facilitate this), will stop believing they are "chosen," and instead choose truth and light over superstition and vain tradition.
