I think that you could possibly be correct that "bearing of a testimony" of Jesus Christ probably wouldn't be appropriate for a prime-time CNN show. But, to the mormons, Gordon B. Hinckley is a spokesperson for Jesus Christ. So Glen is pouring his heart out for a man HE knew to be a representative of Christ on Earth. So, I dare say that Glen was bearing his testimony of Jesus Christ through his tribute to Gordon B. Hinckley.

Don't get me wrong, Hinckley was a great man, a great example, and I appreciate that. To you he's a true prophet, that's great. I was just a little irritated that he gave all the credit to a man for his big change and didn't acknowledge Jesus once.
